I was given the option to change my payment method by being granted limited access to my banned account. I have already changed my payment information to SEPA, but I still cannot convert my tokens.
Today is the second day I have been trying. I also completed the document verification, thinking that this would unlock the token conversion feature so I could convert my tokens. The verification was approved, but I still cannot convert the tokens.
I am not sure what I am supposed to do now. I still have 1 days of limited access to my account. Will the tokens perhaps be converted automatically by you once my limited access expires?
Also, was the limited access only provided so that I could change my payment method from Paxum to SEPA, or should I also have access to the token conversion feature?
I really need to know what I should do, as there are almost 20,000 tokens in my account. I would appreciate your response as soon as possible, preferably before my limited access expires. I also wrote to support but still no response and they told me that if I keep writing to support, as my account will soon be banned, they won't even respond to me anymore
