Hi @punker barbie, May i know how long should i wait to get approved my age verification ID? Because i convert my tokens to cash then a few days ago i received email that my payment was inheld and i need to submit my ID. I submit already but still on “processing, please wait” 12 hours already passed but still on processing. Thank you for the answer!

Hello @punker barbie i would like to ask you how can i get back my tokens to my account after i convert it into cash, because they emailed me that my payment was being inheld and ask me to submit ID and i did it but 15 hours passed it show the ID i submit still on “processing”. It looks like you have not set up yourself for payments. They are asking for the age verification and performer agreement of the person who you have set up to receive the payment.

You can't have someone else receiving payments if they are not verified on CB

Hello good day, It’s my first time to convert my tokens to cash and i already set up my payment to my Paxum account, then suddenly they emailed me that my payment was being held asking me to submit ID for age verification. After that my ID was approved and i sign agreement now i just want to know when i will received the money on my paxum account how long it will takes?
