Hi @punker barbie, May i know how long should i wait to get approved my age verification ID? Because i convert my tokens to cash then a few days ago i received email that my payment was inheld and i need to submit my ID. I submit already but still on “processing, please wait” 12 hours already passed but still on processing. Thank you for the answer!

Hello @punker barbie i would like to ask you how can i get back my tokens to my account after i convert it into cash, because they emailed me that my payment was being inheld and ask me to submit ID and i did it but 15 hours passed it show the ID i submit still on “processing”.
