CB Account Ban

Hello, I was having connectivity issues and my cam was freezing and kept turning off. I was trying to figure it out and inadvertently had my television on in the background. I was careless and didnt realize my cam was picking up the television resulting in me being banned.. Does anyone have any advice how to can get my account unbanned?

Hi, check out the STICKY THREADS in this section and read the posts that say "Read this", there you'll find the info you need.

From what I've seen in this forum, if the ban was for that, it usually ends with a warning and the ban being lifted. But only support can give you a definitive answer.

Thank you, I did read that and contacted CB support and have not yet received a response. The ban happened February 5

I'm sure this is on those threads, but if you already successfully contacted support , there's nothing else you can do but wait. They'll eventually review you case and offer you an answer. The rep here will hopefully let you know when your case is setup for revision.
