I was looking for some cam sites and I notice that all the sites don't accept things like golden/brown shower, non consent/ daddy role play, blood play, and this kind of more extreme fetish, I worked on 4 sites till now and any of them accept these kind of stuff, it makes me wonder, those kind of fetishes are illegal? Bc there's no site that accept that...

Wow. Yeah, no it's not about health other than "won't somebody think of the children". I won't get into my own personal views on the laws or the implications they project, just be very careful.
