And i’m hoping someone here can help or guide me with my situation.

My first account, emilywills19, was banned around 3–4 years ago due to “falsified identification.” However, I want to clarify that I submitted my real identity at that time, but it was still rejected and eventually led to my account being banned.


Recently, I created a new account under the username iaalisa using my new passport. Unfortunately, I’m now facing issues again, and I’m really worried about losing access permanently.




I already submitted a support ticket on March 20, but I haven’t received any response or email yet. The ticket number I received is: [17NGY4-NJD6E] (I’m not even sure if this is the correct reference).



This situation is really important to me because I rely on this platform to support myself and continue my studies. I genuinely want to resolve everything properly and follow all the rules.



Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I should do next? Any advice or help would mean a lot.

Yes, the support team did respond, but unfortunately I only received a generic email after submitting the form. It didn’t address my actual concern about my account situation.



Also, for my new account (iaalisa), which is now banned, I haven’t received any follow-up or detailed response regarding my issue. I haven’t heard back from them beyond that initial message.



I’m a bit confused because I was expecting a proper response or clarification, especially regarding my previous account and the verification issue.



If you have any advice on how I can follow this up or get a clearer response from support, I would really appreciate it.

Hi, from what you wrote, seems that you were permanently banned years ago. The ban applies first to you as a person and then to any accounts (prior, actual, or new) that are linked to you.

Also, for my new account (iaalisa), which is now banned, I haven’t received any follow-up or detailed response regarding my issue. I haven’t heard back from them beyond that initial message.
You were banned on your new account because the system noticed that you (the person) were already banned.

The only possible way for you to regain access to the platform is to get your original ban lifted. So for now there's no case in trying to regain access to your new account. I'm gonna be direct and honest--once a perma ban has been issued it is unlikely to get it overturned. Yet, if you decide to appeal again you'd have to be able to provide evidence to prove your ID at the time wasn't falsified and hope they're willing to manually review it again.

High quality pictures of your old and new ID, pictures holding your ID (one each) on one hand and a note with your username (original one) in the other. Also, it'd be helpful if you use the Support Form (you can access it even if you're not logged in) or, at the very least, the email that was associated with your first account (emilywills19). If they decide to respond to you, they will do so to the email address they have linked on the system.

I’m a bit confused because I was expecting a proper response or clarification, especially regarding my previous account and the verification issue.
As for detailed explanations, clarifications and such--you won't get that from them. They will only tell you that after review they found you violated the rules or not and the related measure: perma ban, warning or ban lifted.

As far as I remember, back when my account was banned in 2022, Chaturbate support eventually told me they would no longer participate or respond to my emails regarding the case. I did submit proof before, and I genuinely believe that I never used any falsified ID, which is why this situation has been really upsetting for me.





I’m still hoping there’s a chance they might reconsider if I try to appeal again. I understand what you said about needing strong proof, and I’m willing to provide high-quality photos of my IDs and verification pictures if that’s what it takes.





I also checked the support form you mentioned—thank you for that. I just wanted to ask, is there a way to attach ID photos directly through the form, or would it be better to send them through email using the original email linked to my account (emilywills19)?





I’ll do my best to try again and see if there’s any possibility of getting my account back, even after all this time.

My account Ateker5 was suspended because unregistered individual appeared and i was asked to submit their ID but immediately i submited my account was banned , please help me cb isn’t responding and i tried creating a new account Aklyz but i still cant broadcast

Open your ticket using the support form and then reply to the automated answer they should've sent you with your files.
