"Message not sent. Try slowing down." message in private chat / Supporter plan

I’m a “supporter plan” subscriber.
I had understood that one of the benefits of the plan was that I could contact models directly via PM without having to be invited.
However, I’ve noticed that I now frequently get “Message not sent. Try slowing down." messages if I send more than one message without the model responding. I’d gather that this is a limitation of the new “ChaturSafe Chat Moderation”
I usually like to send 3-4 messages to introduce myself to a model… the limitation that I’m now facing feels overly biased towards the model to the point that it’s leaving wondering whether to continue my subscription.
I’m a massive supporter of “show respect to the model” and am very conscious that some viewers do not respect models.
May I request… can “supporter plan” members please have a little more benefit that one single message to the model without response – I appreciate the previous “unlimited” might be inappropriate… but I think “One single message” is hardly enough to introduce myself. May I suggest a better number might be 5 messages?

i hear complaints about this too , and that's also from supporters
while as non-supporter i have never seen this (except when you go really crazy)

Thank you. We made a few adjustments that retains the spam-fighting, but eases throttling for legitimate users - we appreciate the convo and are listening as we tune the models.

My perception is that the bulk of this comes from studios who loiter in popular models rooms, sending DMs to viewers who have tokens to try to entice them to visit a model in their own studio.
Could I request a simple rule... models should not be able to dm viewers unless the viewer follows the model

Supporter membership must be one of the biggest PITA to models.
You're wanting to send them up to 5 unsolicited messages 'to introduce' yourself, which you expect the model to read during their working time without any of them being a paid PM?
(And at the same time objecting to receiving an unsolicited DM).
Why not save the $20/mo (or whatever it costs these days to have a supporter subscription) and use tip notes to introduce yourself?

I immediately ban anyone who sends me a PM who isn't a Fan Club member. No questions asked, I don't even read it. I ban from their room entry notification. Full stop.

That specific feature has pissed me off from day one of broadcasting. And were it not for that feature I would probably be a lot closer to 150,000 followers than where I am now because it's the primary cause for bans in my room.

Not going to risk that same dude hitting me with 25 tokens to down vote my room because his feelings were hurt.

The one thing models finally get in their favor and it's the first thing complained about. SMH
