My CB username is FreyaFux. My account was banned a week ago on 3/22 and I reached out to support that day but I have yet to receive a response. I also have tokens that weren’t converted to cash that I’m unable to access. I don’t have a support ticket # yet because I haven’t received a response. I hope you can help me with this, thank you in advance.

You received a response. It either told you to wait for a support person to contact you or had a bunch of links in it. If it's the latter, scroll down and click no.

I have not received notification of payment from the pay period in which I was banned, and it has been over 7 business days since the pay period ended. I reached out to support last Friday (6 days ago) asking if there would be any issue with my payment, with no response. Please help.
