Account change to studio

Hello I currently have an account I set up to be a studio account and have a few models that are working for me.I was under the impression my account was already set up to be a studio account but it seems I was mistaken.could the following account be changed to a studio account please

I also have a model account that needs to be added to that account also or if you can give me an idiots guide on how to do that it would be very helpful
