Good afternoon, I had a problem that has been going on for probably a month, to explain from the very beginning, I was working with a studio that was blocked, after which support contacted me, my account was disconnected from the studio account, and I was allowed to leave the account to work on the condition that I can receive funds exclusively to your account. The tokens were being withdrawn regularly, but since 22.06, the transfer to the wallet has stopped, and the tokens have not been withdrawn from my account (SugarMoan) until now. I don't know what to do about it, but now my account has also been banned, I have repeatedly sent support requests explaining the whole situation, but I still haven't received any response.
