Hello punker Barbie i need your help to recover my account which was made independent after the studio was banned permanently two days ago .my boss has added authentication code on my account can't be able to access it.any activity going on in account pretty_zio is not in my control other than my boss who is still holding my passport.help me recover my password so i can be able to make my own mode of payment thank you .

Hi @punker barbie please help me recover my new independent account username black_queen235904.my former studio boss banned my new account that i opened yesterday, username black_queen235904.my studio boss took control of my account that was made independent after his studio was banned permanently username (pretty_zio ) he added authentication to it so i don't access it.now he has banned my new account which i opened yesterday and i never started any broadcasting but later saw the account was banned .i apologise for any false information given by studio boss to ban my account i didn't violate any rules in my new account.support team has not reached out and no ticket yet . please help me recover my account @punker barbie thank you

@punker barbie please give me feedback on my case on my two accounts my new independent account username black_queen235904 which got banned same day i opened it and i never started any broadcasting .and the independent account pretty_zio which was made independent after the studio was banned permanently and the boss added authentication to it without me agreeing to it .to restrict me to use it please help me this my only souce of income for my family a a single mum .thank you

@punker barbie am grateful thank you.one more thing a would like the account pretty_zio disabled since i have no access to it my former studio boss had added authentication to it .and if possible my followers from account pretty_zio get transferred to my new independent account black_queen235904.thank you

@punker barbie kindly let me know why my account has just been banned after it was given back to me 10 days ago after my boss from the studio used a different identification on my account.my account is now independent but i dont know what has happened now having not done any mistake as per cb rules .username pretty_zio kindly help me please
