Hello. I had a very bad situation.
I started my career as a webcam model through a studio. After some time, I decided that I wanted to work alone.
I said this in the studio, to which in response, they, as revenge, took away my account on Chaturbate and blocked it. This happened on March 25th. As far as I understand, during the time spent in ban, they purposefully turned on a pre-recorded video.
I was simply set up. In a terrible way. For the last 2.5 weeks, the only thing I've been experiencing is stress. I have already sent 2 requests to Chaturbate technical support, but after almost 3 weeks, I still have not received a response. I pray that perhaps good people here will be able to help me, because it’s really not my fault in this situation.
My nickname was Baby_Oliveira

Hi, I am sorry you are going through this. If people are to be believed, it would seem that pulling off things like that is a common practice for a lot of studios.

Regarding the property of the account, it is unfortunate but if it was a studio account, then it belongs to them and is for them to keep. However, they do not have the right to act in bad faith to cause you harm as you described.

Since you say that your account "has been stolen", I am going to assume that you are locked out of it and its associated email. This is a problem as Chaturbate would not be willing to respond to other email address than the one that is linked to the particular account. If this is the case, I would change the message from asking for the property of the account to ask them to dissociate your identity from said account and to waive any liability regarding the current ban.

In order to do this, you would have to state your full name, your desire to be dissociated from that account, that you are no longer in association with the studio since the particular date you stopped working for them and that you no longer have access to that account and its associated email, so it is impossible for you to remove your IDs manually. Also provide them with an email address to communicate with you.

If you decide to do so, try using the Support Help Form and write a short and concise message (1 or 2 short paragraphs should be enough).

I wish somebody more knowledgeable would intervene here and tell us if this sounds like the right steps to take.

Hi, thank you very much for your attention. I understand the situation.
I don't want to claim this account. God be with him.
My only wish is that my ID would be unblocked, and I would create a new account and continue working
The problem is that as far as I know, the account was not linked to the studio. We worked without it

The account either belongs to you or the studio. You have to figure out which. If the registered email address is yours, and the payment for tokens have gone directly to you, then the account is most likely yours. If your tokens were automatically sent to another account each night, then the account was registered under a studio account. Now knowing this, if the account is yours, and under your control, you will have to resolve the ban yourself. If the account was registered under a studio, follow the advice given...

Hi @punker barbie
More than three weeks have passed since my first letter to chaturbate support. But I only received an automatic response and that’s it.
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the email to which the account is linked; the studio took it over. I am writing from my main one, could this be the reason?
My nickname on chatubate is Baby_Oliveira
The email from which I write is tvmomentsads@gmail.com
