Payment issues

I am very new to this and i started a studio and have three young very talented women working for me and i am havkng issues with my Cosmo account. The studio is based out of Colombia snd i entered my Cosmo infi into chaturbate and this is my first payment that ended on the 15th so CB has until tge 22nd to payout but do we get notified in regards to the payment ahead of time or afterwards? My tokens say cashed out for days now and it seems weird instead of saying in process ot something along those lines. I am also having the same issue on strip but i dont know if i should cresre snother thread seperately for that. Any help woukd be appreciated thanks

Thanks for the response but my issue was resolved on the campsite side now I am dealing with Cosmo. Thank you
