I submitted a Daily Payout request of approximately $987 USD on Saturday, October 17th, to my Cosmo Payment account. Shortly after, my account (fitboycm1) was permanently suspended.
I am not entirely clear on the exact reason for the suspension, as I was only notified that my account violated the Terms and Conditions. However, since this payout request was submitted prior to the account action and the tokens were earned legitimately, I am writing to check the status of these funds, which are of great necessity for me at the moment.
I sent an email to support@chaturbate.com on Monday and have not received a response yet (I also sent a follow-up email today). I am posting here in hopes that you can help ensure the billing team checks my support ticket and provides clarification on the release of my payout.
