Need Help Recovering My Banned Chaturbate Account (@fuckhard_olivia18)

Hi everyone,


I’m looking for some advice or guidance regarding my Chaturbate account, @fuckhard_olivia18, which was banned on April 12, 2026.


I’m honestly not sure what led to the ban, and I really want to understand what happened and if there’s any way I can recover my account. I’ve already tried reaching out to support, but I’m still waiting for a response (or I might not have done it correctly).


If anyone here has experienced something similar, I’d really appreciate your help:


  • Is it possible to successfully appeal a ban on Chaturbate?
  • How long does it usually take for support to respond?
  • What’s the best way to contact them or increase the chances of getting my account back?
  • Are there specific details I should include in my appeal?

I’m willing to cooperate fully and resolve any issue if I unintentionally violated any rules. I just want a chance to fix things and hopefully regain access to my account.

I was told also to post a thread here and tag @punker barbie

I recommend split camming or at least have a back up site you can also stream on or post content on in the meanwhile. I have no idea what your ban is about but I‘m in a similar situation, so I feel you. I was suspended 2 days ago and support takes awhile to get back. In the meanwhile I am active on my other sites, shoot some new content or edit a new video. Thats why its always good to be on multiple sites.

Its a really bad and nerve wracking experience, especially if its your main source of income. I have a lot of tokens still on it so I‘m worried since I can‘t cash them out for now and I have some medical bills to pay.

How long can one expect a reply from support generally speaking? I‘m worried about being ignored via Email, I hope its not true and that support is just busy.
Support has confirmed that they have received your email and is currently being looked into. We appreciate your patience. Support will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi @punker barbie ,I just wanted to add more context regarding my situation.


I’m still very new to Chaturbate, and at the time, I honestly didn’t fully understand all of the rules and policies. If I made any mistakes, they were unintentional and due to my lack of experience on the platform.


If I’m given another chance to return, I sincerely promise that I will take the time to carefully read and fully understand all of Chaturbate’s rules and guidelines. I will make sure to follow them strictly so this doesn’t happen again in the future.


I also want to share that Chaturbate has been my only source of income right now, helping me support my daily needs as well as my college tuition fees. Losing access to my account has been really difficult for me.


I truly hope I can be given another chance. Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

This particular bit of information has absolutely ZERO bearing in the decision making of your account status, and usually does more harm than good stating such things. This is their business and they must comply with laws and regulations. Your personal situation and/or feelings can only have a negative affect on your situation if placed on a protective suspension; ie this has been really difficult for you. It's only going to make things worse for you if you cannot work for several months.

I didn’t mean to negatively affect my case by sharing personal details. I just wanted to express how important the platform is to me. While I do have a part-time job, Chaturbate has been the best work I’ve ever had because it allows me to pay my bills on time and save up more easily for my future.


That said, I understand that decisions are based on rules, policies, and legal requirements. My main intention is to learn from this situation, understand what I may have done wrong, and follow all guidelines properly moving forward if I’m given another chance.

I’ve emailed Chaturbate support again and asked for some clarifications, as well as a review of my case. I also tried to be more clear and detailed in my new email so they can better understand my situation and hopefully provide guidance on what I can do next.

If anyone here has experience with follow-ups like this or knows what I should expect, I’d really appreciate your advice. I just want to make sure I’m doing everything properly and giving myself the best chance to resolve this.

Hi @SCRIPTA ,I just got my account back on April 19, the response from cb support team are in the attached file 🙂. I emailed support team again yesterday because i received a warning message from the site while streaming a few days ago, I want some clarifications and a review on it from the support team, I believe i didn't do any actions again that is against cb rules and policies to received such warning message. I hope @punker barbie can help me again regarding with my new email.

What's the actual problem here?
Me and the user @jerseyboi293 agreed to have a password show for 200 tokens and i said that if he can drop/pay me the tokens already via tipping it in my public broadcast, we can go password show after tipping the said amount and he agreed to it and dropped the tokens. I just don't know why after our show i received a site warning message about using Cash app/Paypal and we're both shocked about it because we didn't talk nor topic about using Cash app/Paypal as a payment method to the password show. I think chaturbate mistaken us of using such apps for online transaction. I was told to tag again @punker barbie, hoping that i can get any help and updates regarding with my new case.

Hmm okay. I got a warning about accidentally talking about Onlyfans on CB. It didn't list the actual violation or the site itself, but recall on the show later I realized my mistake. It's easy to forget those small things that seem like nothing. Support will respond after reviewing the information, you just have to be patient.
