On 19/04/2026 through support ticket #3153055, i ask: do i become model while i own a studio accout? team support answer "yes". but i don't verified my document because erro: Registered with different information. so i continue repply in support. staff name Nata say them will check my case and if the results are positive, everything will be back to normal after 72 hours.
However, the Issue:
My old document has been rejected, and i received mail to re-update my personal documents, but my dashboard is currently stuck:
The 'Upload' button is missing on the UI.
I have send new ticket #3179555 request assistance in re-uploading the document. but none of the instructions worked.
Meanwhile, although my studio account lost identity verification, requiring me to provide a payment address, the models affiliated with my studio are still active, broadcasting and receiving tokens as usual. I also received automatic payment on March 20th to the e-wallet address I had previously provided. This proves that my studio account is not restricted and is still functioning normally, purely a technical malfunction of the Stripchat interface in re-uploading verification documents
It's been over 72 hours since Nata said they were reviewing my account, but the document button is stuck, preventing me from uploading the verification documents required by the platform. I haven't received any response to the support tickets I've submitted in the last 24 hours. I hope someone here can promptly assist me with my case, help me re-enable the document verification button, or submit the documents for manual approval.
We have been loyal partners for years, and I want to resolve this technicality to continue our business.
