I’m seeking advice as I’ve been waiting for a response from support for over 2 months now. My account (ayn3q) was suspended after a friend accidentally appeared in my broadcast.
The Situation:
1. The person who appeared is a fully verified model on the platform, but their own account is currently suspended.
2. I immediately uploaded their documents to my dashboard, but since they weren't pre-registered for that specific stream, it was flagged as an unauthorized appearance.
3. I changed my registered email address shortly before this happened, which I fear might have triggered additional security flags.
4. Account History: I previously had one warning on the site. This is my second issue, but it was a genuine accident.
The Problem:
My status is stuck as "Ineligible". Most importantly, I cannot transfer or withdraw my tokens, and my funds are currently locked. I’ve sent multiple appeals, but I only get automated responses. It’s been 60+ days of total silence from a human representative.
My questions:
• Does the fact that my guest is a currently suspended model (even though they are verified) make this a "permanent" ban situation?
• Could the email change be the reason they aren't replying to my tickets?
• Has anyone had success recovering an account with a previous warning and a guest violation?
• Is there a Support Liaison here who can help me understand why my case is being ignored for so long?
I’ve been a loyal creator and I just want to resolve this and follow the rules. Any advice would be life-saving.
