CB account banned. No response after 6 weeks

My account justsimplejack was banned about 6 weeks ago. I think it was a conversation on the platform but they didn't list a reason on any of the ban notification.

I opened a support ticket 6 weeks ago but I haven't seen a response besides the initial one. I would really like to get back to broadcsting and hopefully this can be resolved.

@punker barbie can you please help me? I don't where to go from here.
