2920 tokens debited from balance

Hello! I clicked "promote" and 2920 tokens were debited from the balance. The "setting up user promo" is still hanging on the stream page. It's been over half an hour. I've already written to support. How to return the tokens and whether there will be such a situation that the site will say "you just charged it for a few promos."
