I apologize for posting here, but I am very worried about my account and would be extremely grateful if my case could be reviewed.
My partner and I were setting up and testing a new camera that I had recently purchased. I was the only person participating in the stream, and my partner was helping me adjust the camera settings, color calibration, lighting, and image quality while I remained on screen. During this process, he accidentally appeared on camera for approximately one second.
This was not a public broadcast. It was a password-protected private stream used only for testing the camera setup. My partner did not participate in the stream in any way and was only assisting with the technical configuration.
As soon as we realized the issue, he completed the identity verification process that same day as quickly as possible and is now fully verified.
I sincerely apologize for what happened. It was an honest mistake during a camera setup test, and there was never any intention to violate Chaturbate's rules or policies.
I have worked very hard to build my account and community over time, and I am extremely concerned about losing everything because of this mistake.
