I would like to ask for advice or help regarding my account review.

My account was suspended on May 31. I submitted a support ticket immediately and explained the situation. Since then, I have also sent follow-up emails, but unfortunately I still have not received any response from support.

It has now been 17 days without any update.

We understand that a mistake was made and sincerely apologize for it. We are not trying to dispute the rules — we would simply appreciate any information regarding the current status of the review.

There are also tokens remaining on the account balance, so we are worried both about the account and the ability to withdraw earned funds.

If any Chaturbate representative sees this or if anyone had a similar experience, I would appreciate any advice.
