My account blocked with an insane reason

i ve got an answer of reason of block my account on chatur:
We have been alerted to activity that appears to be a violation of the Chaturbate Terms.

Rule Description: The attempted use or presentation of falsified identification, whether through digital or physical alteration.

Following a thorough review and in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy regarding this violation, the account mortywithlove has been terminated, and the individual F.S.T. has been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform.

Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to immediate termination without warning, and all associated funds will be considered forfeit.

With respect to any amounts in the account(s) at the time it was terminated, they are not eligible for disbursal due to the serious nature of the violation.

Thats an insane reason. I could never imagine this. I had never do anything like falsified identification. Thats unreal from my side. How this might be? How to make support recheck this mistake? Thats totally unfair.... Help me pls!

I ve been banned once before ayt December 2025 for saying something like "when i was 16yo" and got banned like for saying about something "not adult" but it wasnt connect with falsified identification.
At this time i did create a new account there on Chatur and didnt create more since this December. So, thats strange to be banned for it after 7 months for this

How are you able to create multiple accounts if you've previously been banned? Usually the suspension follows the individual, not just the account,
