Hello! Our studio's model, "Zalupenchiki," has been permanently banned from Chaturbate. She operated under the nickname "PlayUsSoftly." The account has nearly 500,000 subscribers. The model, with the initials D.A.S., was permanently banned for an unknown reason. We would like to know the real reason for her ban and ask for help resolving this issue. Our model did not violate the Chatrubate rules. The "PlayUsSoftly" account was unbanned, but was banned again a day later and is currently banned. I contacted support, but I've been waiting a long time for a response. Please help! @punker barbie

Hello! I need urgent help here, as Chaturbate official support is taking a long time to respond. We are a studio and our nickname is "Zalupenchiki." Our model, D.A.S., has been permanently banned from the site. She was working on an account under the nickname "playussoftly." On June 12th, we received a message about her ban. On February 9th, she was working with a friend to help her boost her account on another account with the nickname "sofia_barness." They were having a private show, and during the show, a member sent them a link. They opened it and discovered the video was illegal and violated the site's rules. The models themselves did nothing illegal; the member who sent the link is to blame, and the models foolishly opened it. After the Private Show, the models wanted to report the member for violating Chaturbate's rules and condemn their actions, as neither we nor they condone, support, or condemn this. However, the models didn't have time to complain because the account was immediately banned after the Private Show. Now I'd like to ask that our model, D.A.S., be unbanned, as she didn't know what the member sent her and found herself in an awkward situation. She's not at fault here; please double-check the information and data and ensure our model is not at fault. The model has been working on Chaturbate for about two years and has achieved considerable success, generating income for the site and growing her account, which now has around 500,000 subscribers. She would like to continue growing on Chaturbate, but is unable to do so due to this absurd ban. I really hope my voice will be heard and that support will help unban our model.
