Ineligible to broadcast

Hi! I'm experiencing some troubles with my Chaturbate account. It appears that my age isn't verified, but it is, it also says that I'm not an eligible person. I was about to stream I re-verified my age by uploading my ID and selfie, which were approved. I'm 22, what's the problem? Can anyone help me? I uploaded my Valid id again and it was approved but i am still ineligible to broadcast i don't know what happened i did not do wrong and i am at legal age to broadcast. @punker barbie can you please help me.
