a model made me pay more than triple her original price to perform a request in exclusive 90/min, and I request exclusives always so models can't record and sell my show, specially with her because i know her she always sells her privates, so i paid more than triple her original price, and at the end she recorded even our exclusive using external apps and is selling it on stripchat and on chaturbate under the same name.
tried support for a week and i only get AI responses that the model didn't break any rules, and that the exclamation mark at the exclusive button that says "After the show, you can save the recording to “My Collection”. The model cannot save it." doesn't mean that the model can't record any show she want and do whatever she want with!!!!!!!

It sounds like you asked for something in the show that is out of her usual to perform, and got what you asked for. It's always within a model's rights to use her own content how she sees fit. Exclusive meant that no other people were present IN the show, at the time of the show.
responses that the model didn't break any rules
it sounds like you already have your answer.

Get over it dude.

I agree with Miss Amber.

Models can request a copy of their shows from site for downloading and doing what they want with them [atleast for CB].

The only way to find fault is if you make a signed contract for a paper trail; but is it really worth that headache? I would personally just be happy that the model even obliged for an exclusive show and if she delivered everything you wanted in it, that's a bonus.

Any footage that features her is, by law, hers. Unless she signs away rights to it. It is her face/ body/ likeness. She does not belong to you, nor does her body or anything about her. If you got off in the show and enjoyed it, I genuinely do not see why this would matter in the slightest, or now negate the nut you (presumably) previously had. I do not understand why you would think that models cannot record and resell exclusives if they wish, or why you were under the impression that it wasn't allowed? Perhaps the use of the word "exclusive"? That usually just means it's a true one-on-one, at the time it was performed.

In the future, I advise that you verbally ask if the model wishes to do a show with you, knowing that you request she not ever reuse the footage. Technically, even a verbal agreement probably isn't binding, but I feel like a lot of us would be straight up about whether this was something we wanted to abide by or not. If you were a valuable customer to me, I would not mind it myself. If you were a fly-by-night guy I just met wanting a high demand fetish show, I'd tell you no. The footage was getting resold, and you'd be welcome to find someone else if that was a deal-breaker for you.

First of all, it wasn’t something extreme, it was just feet play, i didn’t say i own her, or she must obey and follow my orders.

I want to know to why does it say at the exclusive show button "After the show, you can save the recording to “My Collection”. The model cannot save it.".
For 8 years i’ve been taking models only exclusive privates, because of this message, and now everyone say it doesn’t mean models can’t have a a copy!, was i just been paying extra for something fake!.

I think OP has a point.

During Exclusive Private on Stripchat when the recording option is enabled by the model, it is clearly stated "Only you get recording of show" - meaning the user.

Then by pressing the question mark icon by this text the following pop up appears: "After the show, you can save the recording to 'My Collection'. The model cannot save it".

To me that implies that Exclusive Private show recordings are not saveable by models and should not be offered for sale.

Of course the language is to trick you and give you a false sense of security. That happens on all these sites as well as in regular marketing all the time too. Personally I don't like it or agree with it either, but in the US there are very few regulations on marketing. I grew up in Europe, where it was more regulated. But that's not the case here, never has been (at least since 1997, from my experience). And if it isn't going to be regulated then all companies have the option of playing somewhat dirty, as they compete for money. Which they do. That's capitalism, and loosely regulated marketing.

I could give you literally a million examples of it in everyday marketing on pretty much every site on the internet that sells anything. As well as in actual stores, its just easier to pull it off on the internet.

Again, moving forward, just communicate openly and honestly with models about this PRIOR to the show. That is the only solution to this other than you quitting cam sites altogether. Vet who you have shows with more thoroughly if you want to avoid this in the future. If you're only spending 90 tokens a minute you might not have the best of luck with that, but who knows.

That is corect happyguy. We cannot sell exclusive show videos. I dont understand how this model was able to sell an exclusive privare show to anyone because we dont have that option. If she has it must be illegal.

It is not illegal. She just used other software to record the show so she could sell it. She knowingly lied to him and did what she wanted anyways. Now if HE had recorded it using "other" software and posted it online anywhere even for free it would be a a crisis of epic proportion...lol

Who gives a fuck? He’s a got the recorded session in his account to watch again and again any time.

I literally see no difference to Exclusive Private other than cam 2 cam. And I’m sure OP wasn’t shown on video the model posted.

Give me a break…

That is still against Stripchat rules isn't it? Models are not permitted to have viewers on their recorded shows. The reason Stripchat doesn't allow exclusives to be sold is because it is a violation of the viewer's privacy. The viewer who is on cam with the model can be seen in exclusive videos. Cam models are not permitted to show viewers on cam while they perform for them. If a model uses external software to record an exclusive show and the viewer is on cam the model could be suspended or banned from broadcasting.

We can however save recorded regular private shows and sell them. Viewers are not shown on regular private shows.
