My CB account has been suspended. Please help me.

My Chaturbate account was banned on July 1st during a remote push test by our technicians.

I have submitted an appeal to the Chaturbate backend system but have not yet received a response. I do not know the real reason for the account ban,

and hope they can reply and explain the reason as soon as possible. I can also provide some evidence to support my appeal. Therefore, I request your help.

My Chaturbate account lovely_asahi was suspended after I arranged remote technical support between July 1 and July 2, 2026, to troubleshoot OBS instability and restreaming setup issues.

I have already submitted an appeal through Chaturbate’s official support system, but I have not yet received a clear explanation of the exact reason. If you could help me understand whether my case can be reviewed, or what evidence I should provide to the support team, I would be very grateful.

I would like to sincerely explain one possible misunderstanding.

During the remote technical support session, the technician was helping me troubleshoot OBS and restreaming issues on my work computer. During testing, a third-party YouTube music/background video source was used inside OBS. This YouTube source had both sound and video.

I now understand that using YouTube or any third-party web video source during a Chaturbate test was not appropriate, because such sources may contain random advertisements, previews, or inserted clips that I cannot fully control. It is possible that an advertisement or inserted clip briefly showed other people, multiple people, or even normally dressed children. I do not know if this is the reason for the suspension, but if it caused Chaturbate to misunderstand the situation or believe there was third-party content, I sincerely apologize.

I want to clearly state that no minor was physically present in my room, no underage person appeared in my room, and no unverified third party was physically present or performing. I was the only person physically in front of the real camera. The technical support was completely remote. The technician was not in the room, did not appear on camera, and was not part of the broadcast content.

If the remote technical support process or the use of a third-party YouTube source violated Chaturbate’s rules, I am truly sorry. It was not intentional, and there was no purpose to violate Chaturbate’s rules or create any safety concern.

I have worked on Chaturbate since around February 2020, and I have always tried to follow the site rules carefully. I value my account and the opportunity to continue working on the platform. I now understand that during technical troubleshooting I should only use my verified camera feed, a controlled test card, or a local test source.

In the future, I will not use YouTube, web videos, online music videos, or any uncontrolled third-party dynamic source in Chaturbate tests or broadcasts. I will also make sure that all technical testing is fully controlled before going live.

I am very sorry for the confusion and concern this may have caused. I respectfully ask for a chance to explain the misunderstanding and, if possible, to have my account reviewed or restored.

I have submitted my appeal through Chaturbate’s official support system and received an automated acknowledgement, but I have not yet received a clear ticket number or a detailed response. If needed, I can privately provide screenshots of my submitted appeal and supporting evidence.

Thank you very much for your help and support throughout this process. I truly appreciate your patience and for keeping me updated while my appeal was being reviewed.


I have now received a reply from Chaturbate Support. My account suspension has been lifted. The reason for the suspension was that copyrighted media was detected during my broadcast.


For anyone reading this thread, please learn from my experience:


  • Do not play copyrighted music during your stream.
  • Do not have TV shows, movies, sports, video games, or other copyrighted media visible or audible in the background.
  • Even background media that seems unimportant can trigger a suspension.

* 请勿在后台播放电视节目、电影、体育赛事、电子游戏或其他受版权保护的媒体内容。
* 即使是看似无关紧要的背景媒体也可能导致账号被封禁。

Thank you very much for checking this for me.

I understand now that the support team response is related to Ticket #2626514, and that the issue was copyrighted media being detected during my broadcast.

I have replied to Chaturbate Support to sincerely apologize and explain that the YouTube music/background video source was used during remote OBS troubleshooting to test streaming quality and audio. I now understand that this was not appropriate, and I will not use YouTube, web videos, online music videos, TV, movies, games, sports, or any other copyrighted media in any future Chaturbate broadcast or test.

I also understand that the temporary suspension was said to have ended. However, I still cannot log in or access the account normally, so I have asked Chaturbate Support to confirm whether my account access has been fully restored or whether I need to complete any additional step.

Thank you again for your help and for forwarding/checking this. I really appreciate it.

I searched my email inbox, junk/spam folder, deleted folder, archive folder, and searched for “2626514”, “Chaturbate Support”, “support@chaturbate.com”, and “lovely_asahi”, but I still cannot find any detailed response for Ticket #2626514.

I have already replied to Chaturbate Support again and asked them to resend the response and confirm the current account access status, because I still cannot log in normally.

May I kindly ask whether there is any recommended way to check or follow up on Ticket #2626514, or should I simply wait for Chaturbate Support to reply by email?

I do not want to create duplicate tickets or cause confusion. I only want to make sure I am following the correct process.
