Hi everyone, I'm the user who posted the following thread before: https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/threads/unfair-charges-after-account-banned.65340/
CB Support had been ignoring my refund requests for a long time, but after I sent a reply directly to X’s account complaining about the situation, they finally processed the refund. This is really shitty shit.

Today, I want to share the facts regarding my highly unreasonable account suspension by CB, which exposes the lawless state of this platform.

I am Japanese. Under Japanese law, public exposure of genitals (distribution of obscene materials) is explicitly prohibited. Recently, Japanese broadcasters and pimps on another site (Stripchat) were arrested for this exact crime. I have had a strong sense of crisis that police crackdowns would soon reach similar illegal broadcasts on CB.

Having received reliable information that the Japanese police are actively monitoring Japanese broadcasters on these platforms, on January 24th, I entered the rooms of @maybenanako and @japanesequeen—broadcasters suspected of illegal genital exposure and tax evasion. I sent private DMs to users who were tipping to encourage such acts, simply to warn them of the risks.

For example, in @maybenanako's room, I sent a DM to a fan club member, @ifitphilsgood. I went him: "You shouldn't send tips for things like 'show pussy' right now, as they are currently under surveillance by police authorities."
His only reply was: "Fuck you." Immediately following that, I was banned from the room by the broadcaster, @maybenanako.

To my absolute surprise, when I checked my account on January 26th, it had been suspended. According to the template message from support, it was because I had "violated CB's terms of service." lol.

CB's Terms of Service clearly state that broadcasters must comply with the laws of their country of residence. However, the reality is that the platform protects criminal broadcasters who violate national laws, while permanently banning those who sound the alarm, labeling them as "compliance violators."
They prioritize their own convenient application of their terms over actual national laws, thereby accepting and promoting illegal acts. I can only laugh at this completely broken and hypocritical compliance structure.

I have already submitted all relevant information regarding these illegal and tax-evading broadcasters to MPD. Does CB intend to continue turning a blind eye and promoting criminal activity?

I am posting this because I want everyone to be aware of this unreasonable reality and the highly contradictory governance of this platform.

a typical , mind your own business .
What are you doing ? protecting the broadcaster or protecting the Japanese law
The broadcaster very well knows what she's allowed to do and what's she's not and knows about the risks
and if it's the law , go to your local police station.

and yes , the terms of service say that the broadcasters must comply with the laws of their country of residence.
but that rule goes for everyone and you can not expect the sites to know all rules of all countries.

That’s a typical excuse from porn industry scumbags: “mind your own business, leave our crimes alone.” I saw plenty of those scumbags saying the same thing when people were arrested on Stripchat, too. Oh, yes, I already wrote that I went to the MPD and provided information. Could you please read the text carefully before replying? Also, if you’re an adult, you should understand that when it comes to the terms of service set by the streaming platform itself, excuses like “I don’t know about the laws in other countries” don’t hold water.

And if a streamer knows what they’re “allowed” to do and what the risks are, and still breaks the law, that constitutes a clear case of intentional illegal activity—which makes it an even more serious crime. Before you start spouting typical hollow excuses, mind your own brain.

if you see a crime , go to the police.
don;t start pm'ing other users with , oh you should not ask that because it's illegal

we're talking about the law and not about site rules and the law says , you're innocent until proven guilty
and you are not a judge

and also , you only know the broadcaster got a Japanese ID (if she's using the flag) and she connects to an Asian server
you don't know if she's really in japan ( it's very well possible she is but it's never 100%)

Your post sounds exactly like something a suspect would write, and I can’t help but laugh, but the concept of “innocent until proven guilty” isn’t actually codified in law.
Besides, I’m here to stating about issues with CB’s governance from the very beginning. What I’m talking about is CB’s outrageous management practices. Despite stipulating compliance with laws and regulations in their platform’s Terms of Service, they let streamers who violate the law run wild and ban anyone who points it out. This would be unthinkable on a site run “properly.” No matter how much of a jerk you are who enjoys playing by yourself, please don’t derail the conversation with your own random ideas.

I don’t have time to get into a debate with just some random sealioning uncle or onlooker, so I’ll keep this brief: @maybenanako uses the Japanese flag and utilizes the gifting service via Amazon.jp.
I can’t go into details but I’ve already submitted all of this as evidence to the police, so don’t worry. That’s all.

this is so fucking annoying. This is a cam model forum, there is nothing that can be done to help resolve your "issue" here. If you want to report law breakers, take it to a legal forum, not mine.
