Hi,

I’m a independent model on CB since 7 years now. Broadcast often and building my base of customers with the time. I have always broadcast according to the rules without ever breaking any rules.
Last week (July 3rd) during my daily broadcast, I received a message that my account was temporarily suspended for safety(security) reasons. Without understanding anything,I thought it was two-factor authentication since I didn't have it activated.I rushed to activate it but nothing changed and my account is still suspended.

I immediately wrote a message to the email address provided in the message. I received an acknowledgement of receipt.
However, I haven't received a confirmation number or any updates since then.
I rewrote your email on July 9th since I hadn't heard anything since July 3rd. The reply email asked me not to overload the service by sending multiple emails.

It's been several days now. It's frustrating to be treated like this, especially as a loyal user of this platform that I've loved for so many years.

I would simply like an update and to fully understand why I was banned. And if I have made a mistake, I would like to understand what I did illegally to be certain that I do not repeat it.
Can someone enlighten me?

Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response.

The last time I contacted the service department(2 yrs ago) , I received a ticket number. This time I didn't receive anything, so I get the impression that my email wasn't sent correctly. That is why I am following up here.
Perhaps the way of proceeding had changed?
Could you check if a request has been sent?
