My CB account was blocked and I don't know why.

Hello @punker barbie , I hope you have a good day. My CB account, where I registered with the username harper1brown, was blocked on July 30 of this year. I still don't know the reason for the block. I was in private and suddenly I was logged out with a popup. When I tried to read it, it told me that the account had been banned and I couldn't read anything. As soon as it was blocked, I emailed support as I didn't know why and apologized if I made any mistakes that I still don't know about. After that, I only received an email stating that the information had been received, but nothing more.
