absolute worthless support response

I am not sure how this happens but every time I add tokens I get banned. I can only add them through crypto. I am never given a reason and I must have 3000 tokens stuck on various usernames. its been well over six month. As much as iI spend here this is BS. Anyone know how to resolve.

It sounds like you have a previously banned account. That would be the reason for the instant bans when you try to buy tokens with a CC. Your ID is tied to the previous ban

Buying them with crypto it would not tie in your ID with previous bans since no ID needed to use crypto

I'm not saying that you do have a previous ban, just that this is what it looks like

Anyone know how to resolve.

When any account is banned, it's the individual holding the account that gets the ban, not just the account itself.
So resolve whatever triggered the original banned account first by contacting support@chaturbate.com
Otherwise any further accounts that can be linked to that original one (by email address, credit card/billing details etc) will cause those to be banned in turn.

well they reviewed my account and yes everyone was correct in their assumptions. So any cc that had my name on it gone banned. What sucks is that they process the charge first, then they ban you leaving money stuck. It seem illegal. I understand the ban but just deny the attempt. Anyway they ere very stern and said based on the original charge, I dont know what i did originally.
