Help with my banned account

I am reaching out because I really need help with my permanently banned Chaturbate account. I have contacted Chaturbate Support several times, but unfortunately I have not received a response to my most recent messages.



My account was permanently banned following a conversation I had with another user. I would like to explain exactly what happened because I believe the context of the conversation may have been misunderstood.



I was talking to this user and asked their age. They replied that their age was written in their profile. When I checked their profile, I saw something that appeared to say “12 y/o.” Because I was confused by this and wanted to clarify what I was seeing, I asked the user directly:



“Are you 12 years old?”



I was asking this because of what was written in their profile and because I wanted to clarify their age. I was not trying to engage in, encourage, or participate in any sexual or inappropriate conversation involving a minor.



Shortly after this conversation, my account was banned permanently.



I completely understand that Chaturbate has very strict policies regarding minors and age-related content, and I respect those policies. However, I believe the full conversation and the user’s profile should be reviewed in context, because my intention was to clarify what I had seen in the profile, not to engage in any prohibited activity.



I have already appealed the decision directly to Chaturbate Support and explained the situation, but I have not received a response to my latest emails.



There is also another important issue. My account had tokens remaining, and Chaturbate previously gave me a limited period to transfer/cash out them before the account could be fully closed. However, my identity verification was cancelled, which prevented me from transferring the tokens to my own wallet. I am not trying to transfer them to another person’s account; I am only trying to access my own remaining funds.



Could you please help me by looking into my case or checking with the Chaturbate Support team to see whether my account and the conversation that led to the ban can be reviewed again?



I would be extremely grateful if you could at least help me understand what happened and whether there is any possibility of having the decision reconsidered.

Thank you very much for taking the time to look into my case. I really appreciate your help because I don’t know what else I can do to get my situation reviewed.


My Chaturbate username is hotcockmali and my ticket number is #25849204.


My account was permanently banned on September 1 because of a misunderstanding involving a conversation I had with another user.


I want to explain exactly what happened because I believe the context of the conversation is very important.


I asked the user about their age. The user told me that their age was written in their profile and told me to look at their profile. When I checked the profile, I saw “12yo” written there. Because I was confused and wanted to clarify what the profile meant, I asked the user:


“Are you 12 years old?”


That was the context of my question. I was not trying to engage in any inappropriate conversation with a minor. I was simply asking the user to clarify the age information that I had seen in their own profile. I believe this was completely misunderstood and that the context of the conversation and the profile should be reviewed together.


I understand that Chaturbate has very strict rules regarding anything involving minors, and I fully respect those rules. However, I sincerely believe that my situation was a misunderstanding and that my intention was not what the ban appears to have assumed.


I have contacted Chaturbate Support several times to explain this and request that my permanent ban be reviewed, but my recent emails have not received a response.


I also received an email from Chaturbate Support regarding the tokens remaining in my account. They said that my account was placed in a limited status so that I could receive a final payment for tokens that were not associated with the violation. They also stated that this limited status does not affect my permanent ban and gave me a limited period to arrange the payment/transfer.


However, my identity verification was cancelled, which prevented me from completing the token transfer. I am also not only concerned about my tokens. My main request is for my permanent ban and the circumstances surrounding it to be reviewed and for my account to be reinstated.


I genuinely enjoyed being part of Chaturbate and I would be very happy to continue working with the platform. I want to follow the rules and continue using the platform properly. I am asking for an opportunity to have my case reviewed fairly in light of the actual conversation and the context in which the question was asked.


Could you please help me have ticket #25849204 reviewed again and help me with getting my account reinstated?


I would be extremely grateful for any help you can provide. I am also happy to cooperate with Chaturbate and provide any information necessary to clarify what happened.
