Banned account 🤦🏻

I’m hoping you can help me escalate my case with Chaturbate Support.


My Chaturbate account was banned while I was moderating the room. I was not broadcasting or doing anything unusual at the time, and I do not understand why my account was banned. AI ban I guess???

I have already contacted Support many times without getting a clear explanation or a resolution, and I do not want to keep submitting duplicate tickets.

I would really appreciate it if you could ask the Support team to manually review my account and tell me the exact reason for the ban.


As far as I know, I did not intentionally violate Chaturbate’s Terms of Service. Since I was simply moderating a room when the ban happened, I believe this may have been a mistake or an automated AI action.

I really think that’s what happened here.

Truth is, it doesn't matter what the intent was, honest mistake or not, it's not allowed and as a moderator should know better.

Sorry to correct you, but I do have a life and a professional career outside of this, this is a just a hobby for me. My role there is simply to support my model, look after the tippers, moderate the chat, and stay focused on making sure the stream runs smoothly.

Of course I try to follow the platform rules, but being a moderator doesn’t mean I’m a Chaturbate employee or that I can reasonably be expected to know every single rule or policy by heart. If I’ve made a mistake, I’m perfectly happy to be told what rule I supposedly broke and to deal with it accordingly.

Well I’m not interested in going back and forth on this thread about what his intent was. Lol. I was just agreeing with you that I think that’s why he got banned. I’m exhausted from work, and getting caught up on General Hospital.

It makes me cringe every time you guys say “my model.” Just say you wanna support your favorite model.

I gave the frowning face because I actually do feel bad for the guy if it was a “…when I was a kid” slip of the tongue. I’ve recently come very close to accidentally blurting out that same thing myself on MFC, and I had to immediately stop myself...

Whether or not he should’ve known better, I’m allowed to feel bad for the guy. Either way he’s gotta deal with the consequences like other people who’ve made that mistake, and moving forward he knows what to not say on the next cam site he joins…and will hopefully be more careful.
