Hello @punker barbie,

I’m hoping you can help me escalate my case with Chaturbate Support.

My Chaturbate account was banned while I was moderating the room. I was not broadcasting or doing anything unusual at the time, and I do not understand why my account was banned. AI ban I guess???

I have already contacted Support many times without getting a clear explanation or a resolution, and I do not want to keep submitting duplicate tickets.

Chaturbate username: oooops__quack

I would really appreciate it if you could ask the Support team to manually review my account and tell me the exact reason for the ban.

As far as I know, I did not intentionally violate Chaturbate’s Terms of Service. Since I was simply moderating a room when the ban happened, I believe this may have been a mistake or an automated AI action.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi, @punker barbie thanks for getting back to me.

Yes, my first email was sent on August 22nd, followed by a second one on August 29th. Since then, I’ve continued following up, as I don’t see the point in simply accepting that premise when no one has responded for 10 days.

Almost a month later, I still don’t understand why I was banned in the middle of a stream. Does anyone at CB actually know the reason, or is the AI making these decisions independently?

I believe what I am asking for is a basic and reasonable expectation in any company–consumer relationship. I have consumed thousands of tokens on this platform, which makes me a customer, and as such, I believe I am entitled to understand the reason behind a ban.

To be clear, I am specifically asking why I was banned in the middle of a live stream, while being the sole moderator, with approximately 45,000 users watching. We all know that a significant portion of those accounts may be bots, but that is a separate matter and not relevant to my concern.

My point is very simple: if an action is taken against a paying or long-standing customer, particularly one that directly affects an ongoing live event, there should be a clear explanation of what triggered that action and why it was considered necessary.
