Hi @Stella_SC,

We spoke back in July and August about my setup — you know the format.

It was approved by the Stripchat Support team under the VTuber category, on my account VGirl.

Yesterday I got two warnings mid-broadcast — "You must not stream games without being in the frame" and "Account Holder must be present during the stream" — followed by a suspension (decision UMLR-0009810564). I appealed and the appeal was rejected.

I was at my computer the whole time, ready to verify on request. No verification request ever came — not before the warnings, not before the suspension. Every time verification has been asked of me in the past, I've completed it.

What I'd like to sort out isn't this one decision. It's the pattern: the approval exists, but the moderators reviewing my stream clearly weren't seeing it.

So my question is practical — how do I make that approval visible on the moderation side? Is there a flag, a note on the account, something I should display on screen, or a team I should talk to so the account is reviewed under the right category from the start?

I'd much rather fix the cause than keep filing appeals.

Thank you for your time,
Eugen Cristea — Little Farm (account VGirl)

Stripchat seems to block people these days as they please, like if you ask them questions like if your account is flagged or your documents they just block you without evidence and the worst part is that support does not like addressing the questions you have for them. When they block you and you ask for evidence they made the decision to block you they never respond or address it, even if you are not wrong. So watch out your block may end up permanent and trying to fix it is like talking to a wall, that is why going to the CNPD will work, so that they are held accountable by someone since they are so mean about things and not open to fix issues out in the open.

I don't think that's the type of thing the CNPD would look into, aren't they concerned with privacy and age verification exclusively? They don't look into "unjust bans" or anything like that.

You’re right that CNPD doesn’t step in just for “unjust bans.” Their role is GDPR enforcement. But if Stripchat blocks you for documentation reasons, that’s not just moderation — it’s a data processing decision. They’ve taken your ID, processed it, and flagged it as invalid. That falls under GDPR, because it’s your personal data.

So CNPD won’t arbitrate customer service disputes, but they will act if Stripchat refuses to:

  • Show the evidence behind a “fake documents” claim (Article 15 – right of access)
  • Correct errors in your verification records (Article 16 – right to rectification)
  • Respond to your request at all (Article 12 – duty to reply within one month)
The key is framing it as a privacy and data rights issue, not just a ban dispute.

i am faced with a case like this myself.

CNPD (Luxembourg) does not enforce against a Cyprus-established company Stripchat (Technius, Ltd).

Hello @Luica

This is simply not true. Our Moderation team looks for CLEAR evidence of a rule being violated. If there is not clear and sufficient evidence, then no action is taken.

If you would like for me to look into something specific relating to your account, then please feel free to PM me.

The thing is I have hard proof that they blocked me for a reason that is not true. And support is not responding to my emails.
