Hi @Stella_SC,
We spoke back in July and August about my setup — you know the format.
It was approved by the Stripchat Support team under the VTuber category, on my account VGirl.
Yesterday I got two warnings mid-broadcast — "You must not stream games without being in the frame" and "Account Holder must be present during the stream" — followed by a suspension (decision UMLR-0009810564). I appealed and the appeal was rejected.
I was at my computer the whole time, ready to verify on request. No verification request ever came — not before the warnings, not before the suspension. Every time verification has been asked of me in the past, I've completed it.
What I'd like to sort out isn't this one decision. It's the pattern: the approval exists, but the moderators reviewing my stream clearly weren't seeing it.
So my question is practical — how do I make that approval visible on the moderation side? Is there a flag, a note on the account, something I should display on screen, or a team I should talk to so the account is reviewed under the right category from the start?
I'd much rather fix the cause than keep filing appeals.
Thank you for your time,
Eugen Cristea — Little Farm (account VGirl)
