It has now been 70+ days, and a payment of just over $8,000 USD remains unresolved.
Chaturbate sent the wire to Revolut, which then returned it. We have already supplied all documentation proving the payment was returned to Chaturbate. Despite this, the funds have still not been credited back or reissued.
The screenshot attached is the last response we received, dated August 20, saying the payment provider had been contacted and we would be kept informed. Since then, our follow-ups have gone unanswered.
Why has communication stopped? You have the return confirmation and supporting documents, so what is still outstanding? If there is an issue with your payment provider, please explain what that issue is and what is being done to resolve it.
We have provided everything requested and have been more than patient. Being left chasing over $8,000 for more than 70 days, without even receiving replies anymore, is unacceptable.
Can someone from Chaturbate please take ownership of this, explain where the returned funds are, and provide a clear timeline for getting us paid? We should not have to post publicly just to get an update on money owed to us.
