Hi there, I haven't broadcast in a few months, and tried to yesterday, but saw an error:
"Person Ineligible
This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support@chaturbate.com."
All my ID's show as "Approved" and I even submitted my ID again (after removing the one that had the error). It removed all my ID's, and then when I re-submitted my ID, all of them came back "approved" including the new one. Yet, it still shows that error. I just submitted another ID (driver's license) and that was approved within minutes. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, or how to proceed. I contacted support@chaturbate.com, used the AI Agent, and submitted a ticket online using the contact form.
