Dear @punker barbie, my girlfriend and I were preparing to start our first stream together. She has been streaming on the site for a couple of months. When I submitted my ID everything was fine. When we went to stream it said she was ineligible to stream. She has sent an email to support and has sent the photo verification but still we’ve had no luck getting her able to stream again. The username of the account is @johnnyandmakayla please let me know what we can do to resolve this issue!

You used the guest performer feature or you added her directly to your account? when you visit her bio is the send tip button there?
