Most high rollers or "whales" that do go to Vegas, already have their trips and room comped by the casinos they frequent.
I also have 2 models that i could get onsite very soon if the site were active. They are fed up with the unreliability and BS of site admin of CB. [Yes, its all true.]

Perhaps you have addressed it already and I missed it... What is the "freeloader policy" for the chat rooms? MFC has turned into a non tipping freeloaders paradise from what it once was. Is there any ability to restrict the time on site for those with no tokens or lack of purchase history?
Saw a guy this weekend that was a basic 'no token freeloader' since 2011 [and very proud he never spent a cent for free naked pussy] and another that bought the minimum premium package 2 years ago and still had most of the tokens. While its true some have multiple accounts and keep some empty, by far, freeloaders are just freeloaders their to get their jollies.
next is member bans, -many times the girl will ban and the member will just guest in after going around it. Some members do try to out the girls real info for some perverse reason. Is there any solution on your site?

Thank you for your post! All very good questions. For your first question about referrals, as I stated previously, I believe if a member refers models to the website they should be rewarded. Now, we have set it up so that if a model refers other models they get rewarded with a $ amount. The referred model needs to earn 20,000 tokens within two months. For members, the reward would be tokens and I will have to make sure there is an input for the members name so we know it was a referral. As far as a requirement, I would say (not official) the model has to be active for one month for the member to receive the reward. Obviously, tokens versus $$ is much different and has to be treated differently. Again, this comes down to "good business".

Freeloaders! Yes, the infamous freeloader. Currently, we have a popup annoyance for guests and they have no abilities within the site. This is why our competition is for the #1 spender, I would really not like seeing someone purchase one package and win the prize over someone spending big $$. Again, trial and error with this, and we will likely make the adjustment to a better process. To be honest, the site currently does not have anything set in place to deal with freeloaders. It is very important that I get the site live, make sure it performs at a high level and make sure it has models and traffic. Once that is achieved, I will very much input something to deal with freeloaders. Most likely, a time period where a member cannot go past with zero tokens, let's say 3 months (not official). You raise a great point and these are the reasons I made the thread. But, it is very important I take care of certain things first before addressing others.

I am listening to your posts and making adjustments where possible for where the site currently stands. The addition of transgenders is huge and being work on currently. I will also make sure models can highlight who referred them so we may reward those individuals. The freeloader situation requires additional programming and I currently have my web developer on overdrive. Once the site is settled, I will assign him the task of programming for the highlighted issue.

I do understand and your idea is very good. If you are not aware, our members will receive levels (like and xbox game). Specific levels unlock specific features. Why I like level classification is because it publicly shows "who is who" of the site. This has been a project 5 months in the making and I personally understand there will be adjustments made, even when the site is live. Your comment has become a catalyst for a great feature for the site, as well as SoTxBob's post. I would like to incorporate a model feature that allows models to restrict the viewing of their cam to certain levels and above (example, a model selects to be seen by members level 5 and up only). That takes away guests, and one package freeloaders. This will require additional programming.

This issue is that this is a new site and everyone will start at the same level 0. So, I need to give members the time to level up. Once the site is well supported and there is an obvious distinction between leveled members, then I can implement the above model feature. So, for models and members who register with HushHushcams.com, I have to ask for some patience.

I'm a room helper on MFC, and to be honest, there are a lot of things that could make the job simpler for me, and thus a better experience for the model I aid.

First up is control of the chatroom. If I have a problem user, I have two choices, One; do nothing, Two; kick them from the room with a 6 hour ban. Now in a lot of cases this is enough to handle a troll or such. But sometimes two regulars get in a spat, or a person whom is a known name who tips is a bit drunk, and acting in a uncool way. Kicking these folks is not a great option, even with a ban that can be undone. What I could use, is a MUTE button, that allows me to mute a user in the chat. They get to stay, their PM's work, but they cannot talk in the room. This is a tool that would allow for much better control of the situation and lead to more positive outcomes.

Ninja tips. A model should be able to set a flag so a helper can see them. During shows and times when the model is busy, being able to have that information would be very useful for a helper.

Integrated information areas. How about a text box that is outside the room's window that can hold a line of text? A place to announce the theme and perhaps a daily special that is static, and not only displayed on entry and exit to the room? A place for that one all important message for the show.

How about a tip menu box? One that is either static on screen display, or a pop on click one? For all sorts of controls a model might be offering a large number of action tip amounts. A place that is static to show them would be useful.

All these information panes and such would be editable from base controls, and not require html edits and uploads. Dynamic editing please. Ability assignable to helpers also.

'Click to send' how about an option for models and their helpers that let you click on a users name and send them a preloaded PM? It could be preloaded with a link, and when bought by tip, one simple in room click sends the purchase to the users PM. This would be a GODSEND.

Model to helper communication. It can be hard. The model is often distracted, busy with many things, but needs to be informed of something important by the helper. The ability to send a tone, or for a helper text to get a very visible display color and size if the model wishes to enable the function would be a plus. This is not a tool to replace PM's or designed for chat, but a 'You need to see this now!' sort of tool.

Build a list. An automated tool that the model or helper can set before a show. If any member tips the amount it is set to, that users name gets added to a list that can be seen at end of session. Said list can be sent to archive when the tool is turned off, or in case of disconnection by the model.

These are just off the top of my head ideas of things that could improve my ability to help a model, and make models life simpler. The ability to delegate any of them should be 100% in the models hands when they designate a helper. (I'd imagine a check box screen that asks for a confirm after a helper is selected, where the model can de-check any options she wishes to reserve to herself)

The levels thing is certainly an interesting idea not sure how I feel about it but for sure it will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I can imagine a scenario some time down the line when your site is more established and I might sign up as a newbie. I've just bought my first lot of tokens and I'm a level 1, I've been in a models room all night and tipped her all my tokens for her countdowns or games or whatever shes doing and suddenly she restricts the cumshow to level 5+ members. I'd be pretty pissed at that and would probably never come back or buy tokens again if that was the case.

I totally get wanting to stop freeloaders so maybe something more along the lines of the streamate gold show where members need to have tipped a certain amount during the rest of her show in order to stay would be fairer.

I've no idea if this is what you meant by blocking lower levels but this is just the first thing I thought of when reading your above post.

My only other question is what are the quality of your video feeds going to be like? I pretty much only MFC right now and this is really the only thing that bugs me about their site.

I would work on Streammate, but the two things that make it so that I will NEVER work there: Because they record/use your cam feeds everywhere, && because the payout sucks donkey dicks. Other than that, I am so in love with the Gold Show idea. Or even password protected rooms?

For instance, I want to do a countdown for an oil show let's say... But if I have 400 people in my room, && only 10 people tipped towards my show goal... I would much rather be able to whisk the tippers away && do my show for THEM, since they tipped for it, instead of doing my show out in the open for everyone.

Please don't follow Streamate's example of recording our shows and selling them without at least giving us a cut. Also if you have an affiliate program to drive traffic to the site have guidelines as to how they can advertise (like not using our image/videos to catfish guys on dating sites) and/or don't skew the percentages in a way so that your models are making as much as your affiliate members. That's a recipe for the disaster that is currently befalling Streamate.
And having at least functional model/member support would rock. It seems like half the sites don't even read our messages and just send a copy/paste response based on keywords.

The website is a similar concept to MFC with the ability to top and have private shows. Guest cannot chat, PM or really do anything. Once a member purchases a package, the member can chat and PM. There is no group setting on our website.

Privates: Please allow me to ask a question first. How many tokens per sec do you models see Private worth? With the private shows, there is a max of 8 minutes token charge taken up front. If a member exits a private prematurely, there is not refund of the difference. Once 8 minutes is reached, the "token clock" begins to charge additional tokens. So, models will receive the value of 8 minutes per private show no matter what.

Rules: Very similar to MFC...anyone on cam with you must be registered, no men or sexual relations with another person. Models will have to sign a liability waiver. What this means is you will be able to fist, use a cucumber, whatever your heart desires to pleasure yourself. I ask that you use caution. The waiver is to protect the company, obviously. We are working to include transgenders into the site. So the website will be females and transgenders.

Models receive a fixed rate of 6 cents per token. There are model incentives for reaching a token amount per month. And model referral perks. Our company will not record shows. However, and we do provide a DVR feature to member of a specific level (very high level). This will allow a member to record a model show to view at another time. Please understand, this is not saved to a members PC and is on our server. This is also being worked on. Our hope is that this will generate more offline tips for models if a member misses the live broadcast. Lower level members do not have access to this feature, because they are deemed not trusted. We are working to have any DVR recording available for a set period of time before they are removed.

I made in a response prior about a feature for models we will include in the near future where models can allow specific levels and above to view their webcam and chat. We hope this will help with tips and weeding out freeloaders.

We do not have any affiliate sites. And we do not have Helpers. We are working on having the site programmed so the model may set a token goal and it counts down automatically. Like I said prior, my web developer is in overdrive. If someone needs to be banned, we have a simple way for models to do so.

Unfortunately, the site does not have Helpers. It is not something we are currently interested to incorporate. I feel there is too much clutter to MFC and I believe in simplicity. I apologize if this is a turnoff for you to the site, but we have to prioritize our goals.

CB has a couple of options like this, password rooms and crazy ticket. Those options do exactly what you want.

Why not let the girl have the option to set show token costs? Again using CB as a model, token costs for privates can be set from 6-150 tok per minute. Thats also a double edged sword if the girl sets the rate too high.

While its still all hypothetical in operation, I'd be a bit concerned about the level thing chasing off long time followers of a girl.
Presuming the site is up and an established girl comes over with some members,..... if I have the ability to jump in with a $500 initial token purchase and for discussion, that takes me to level 3-4, and level 5 is where the site hold is set to allow a particular access, and I get nothing for my $$ besides public chat, I'm not going to be happy at all and even less likely to spend more. Next concern is the girls long time followers that are small spenders but constant, always there and follow the girl for a few years, always talking and keeping the room and chat moving. Definitely good loyal members that do contribute. {some call them room anchors] They simply haven't the disposable wealth of others. Are they to be kicked to the curb for lack of cash? That right there will stop some migration, at least of the girls I know that value the "MFC/CB feel" and connection with friends/members. Perhaps there needs to be a way for the girl to assign a member a level [for her room only] that gives them more access.

Nothing to fear! All the W-8BEN form does is state the person is an international person. All it does it protect my company from the IRS. You are responsible for your own taxes and my company does not withhold taxes. When it comes to the govt I like to do things right.

Not turned off at all. You've shown in the thread a consistent vision for a site that you feel is a better and more competitive one then those out there already. And have clearly been open to ideas that the community has shown are important to them that fit within that vision. That is exactly as it should be. If the final result is a site that is a better experience for models and members then if it has ideas I personally like is not so important.

Personally I'll be very curious as to how the member level system you describe will effect the building of room culture for models as @SoTxBob discussed in his post above. Your take on how to handle the 'freeloading' effect is a unique one, and something that I think many models will like. How it spins off into other subtle areas of how room dynamics work will be worth following.

The reality is if you are moderately popular camgirl, (you are) your shows are automatically capped and for 75 Euros/year I can download them and watch them. I don't choose to do so I don't believe that cappers and the file hoster shouldn't make money off others work. This seems like a nice feature and would be a lot more valuable than MFC gallery which is also based on tipping.

High spenders are the life blood of MFC and deserve to have some special privilege in the same way the frequent fliers get perks, whales at casino, and folks who buy several thousand for concert tickets get good seats and back stage passes.

Presuming the site is up and an established girl comes over with some members,..... if I have the ability to jump in with a $500 initial token purchase and for discussion, that takes me to level 3-4, and level 5 is where the site hold is set to allow a particular access, and I get nothing for my $$ besides public chat, I'm not going to be happy at all and even less likely to spend more. Next concern is the girls long time followers that are small spenders but constant, always there and follow the girl for a few years, always talking and keeping the room and chat moving. Definitely good loyal members that do contribute. {some call them room anchors] They simply haven't the disposable wealth of others. Are they to be kicked to the curb for lack of cash? That right there will stop some migration, at least of the girls I know that value the "MFC/CB feel" and connection with friends/members. Perhaps there needs to be a way for the girl to assign a member a level [for her room only] that gives them more access.

The leveling is a new concept for webcams and one I think will bring a competitive atmosphere to the site. The example I gave of "level 5" was just and example to explain the idea. By default, everyone will see a models webcam. In the future, when the feature is introduced the models can set a level minimum. To be technical, a freeloader would mainly be level 1. It is important to understand that my company has no decision on the level setting for a models room. It is the decision of the model to which level to set the limit and it's the model who should understand her followers to avoid losing them. The model may also not set a level and allow everyone to view.
As for the private show cost, it will be either 60 or 80 tokens per minute. As stated before, models receive a minimum of 8 minutes of tokens per show...no matter if the show is stopped sooner than 8 minutes.

I dont really like this idea at all. I wish there would be a way we can stop the recording hence why i mentioned having more control on who views are cams when we want..... if you mean the member wants to watch my 'cumshow' but has to leave he can then tip? and have a feature that will record when my show starts? because just because has money and can just record my shows when he wants and watch them whenever he wants kinda sucks.....



another idea i would just like to throw out there is the TOPIC feature... me and aswell many other ladies... get sick of typing our topics every day or when we have to refresh our page... so maybe a feature that we can have saved topics? for example im about to write my topic and have a little button that says previous used topics or saved topics ??????

I understand your concern about the DVR. The level it is unlocked will be more trustworthy members and ideally bigger spenders. It is a concept that I knew would worry models, but also is new to webcams. What I can do is include two things: first, model can allow or not allow a member to DVR them. Second, if allowed, the member will have to pay a token price to use the feature. My question is, if you decided to allow the recording and it cost 1000 tokens just to use the feature, would you be happy with that? Mind you, you can also receive offline tips on top of the recording fee.
Technically, that is the same as selling a video only the video is on our server for a limited time and not in a members mailbox.

Please understand that it is difficult to please every person. Everyone will provide their opinion and I will do my best to make the best decision for my company. As we discuss more features, models and members will like or dislike certain elements of my website. And that is ok! I thank you all for your posts! Our site will not suit certain models...that's just how it works. Please understand the areas that this company will focus on the most because I know it is where my company can jump to the top: model and member support. Making sure our models get paid, make money and feel as if they are a part of this company will set this company up for success. Making sure members feel good about themselves and there status on the site, which is why we developed the leveling system. the features that go with the specific levels are our way of saying thank you for spending $$ and same goes for the competitions. If anything, you all should understand the type of response you will receive from company support through my responses on this thread. I run this company and my administrators follow my lead and I hope that provides everyone with some comfort

Just an observation but a lot of the features being requested are already part of Chaturbate, a site which I love. My only dislike there are the restrictions, which you have already mentioned.

Regarding freeloaders, personally, I've found sites which limit guests too much are a little dull to work. Also, those potential members will simply go elsewhere.

In spite of your posts, I have no idea how your site will ACTUALLY look and operate, but I am impressed by your activity here. You won't please all the people all the time. There are features I love and hate on every site!

As an alternative point of view room helpers are an annoyance. Not only should a site not give them more power but they should take away what they do now. Everything mentioned in the above post makes me simply want to leave the models room all together fast. I'm there to interact with the model, not some random helper on a power kick.

The best thing for your site is to not even implement helpers at all.

I have had my husband mod/help in my room but he does nothing until I say "ban xxxx" or "send the link to xxxx". It saves me having to stop the show and use my hands on the keyboard instead of...well, you know

MFC models managed for years without this feature so I don''t see it as na priority.
