One guy on Cam4, who is from Lebanon suggested me Western Union to send me money. He can only use Western Union, because he can't have a normal bank account. Why? He said
the pharmacies where I work in Lebanon are small ones in villages. So, they have limited income, and they can not pay me too much. So, if they send me an official salary to bank account, the government will notice two things: first, that they need to pay employment taxes, and second that they don't pay me enough. They pay me cash and I keep it cash
He said that he want to help me and he even asked me how much money I have and how much more I need to pay my bills. LOL. He's ultra nice and friendly, he wants me to trust him and he spend whole night with me, cancelled his plans to be with me on cam blah blah blah

It's a scam, I can bet. I won't agree for Western Union payment.
But I have a huge need to punish him. I know it's stupid, I should block him and warn other models, but... I'm not that kind of girl lol.

Is there a possibility to make a fake account on Western Union?

He's so fucking pathetic that I can't stand it.
He just sent me
please, just ask yourself "why is Julien staying all this time with me?"
please, ask yourself "if Julien doesn't care about me, why is he doing everything to make me smile?" :)

Is there any way to kick his ass or anything? Or should I calm my titties and block him?

What do you want to punish him for doing?

Not for scamming me, but I just want to kick his ass, because he's trying to manipulate me.

As opposed to just banning him and being done with it? That doesn't sound very rational.

Anyway, Western Union sends the money to people from what I know. As in, you don't need an account to get money sent to you, he would just need your real name. I don't blame you for not wanting to trust him with that.

And hopefully, if he is any sort of decent guy at all, he will wise up and figure out he is wasting time with the sort of skeevy fuker that would try and set up a fake Western Union account.

Okay, I calmed down, I overreacted. Sorry.
I just told him that I'm not interested.
Waiting for the situation to develop.

Decent guy? Well... I don't think so.
Western Union is used to send money to family and friends. He's a random guy, who is telling me stupid shit, urges me to agree for this way of payment and I met him on cam like... Couple hours ago.

Wouldn't he need your full name and location to send you money through Western Union? Could be trying to get your personal info.

Oh man. If you invested time and effort into punishing every potential scammer, you’d never have time to cam. Tell him to fuck off, block, move on.

Yes, he want to get my personal info.
He want me to send him:
"1. Country (and sometimes department or city)
2. Full name as written in official identity
3. e-mail to send transaction details
4. Phone number for verification"

Yeah, you don't need all that to send Western Union.

Western Union after 2 hours?
Definitely a scammer.

Well, he told me that I need to give him those information so he can send me money.

Pornography is illegal in Lebanon.

Found on Wikipedia
In Lebanon, the production and distribution of pornography films are illegal. Regulation of Internet pornography is relatively light.

People who have ulterior motives usually do appear "nice and friendly" though.

I'm getting tired of these guys who never want to pay models directly on the site, and wanna tell you why it's supposedly better to go off-site. And notice how it's usually the ones who've never tipped you a dime. Next thing out of their mouth is usually "You do Paypal?" Any time a member claims to want to help me, I tell him that he can help me by tipping me right now while I'm on cam. And of course he won't. Lol.

Tell him you're not messin' around with Western Union, and just block him. And in the future, don't waste so much of your time entertaining people like that. As soon as these guys mention Western Union, I just can't even take anything they say seriously anymore...

Last year I had to do a few Western Union transactions (Both sending money and receiving money), but it was with family or a trusted friend. Things that were required were first and last names, your location, etc.

By the way, that tracking number (MTCN) they give you on every receipt...I would be a little nervous about what would come up (as far as personal info) if the guy were to go on Western Union.com and click on "Track a transfer." Because even though you may just be giving him your real name and city/state, when you fill out the "To receive money" form at the Western Union counter in person, there's a bunch of other sections for you to fill out too. Your address, social security number, phone number, etc. Not sure if any of that is optional, or if you have to fill out everything. I was fine with filling all of it out only because these were people I actually know very well.

I should also add that even though Western Union can be great to use with people you know and trust, it can be a real pain in the ass too...having to stand there having them verify shit. Last year I had to use it a couple times, and I remember walking in the cold to the store to pick up my WU money...only to be told that they don't have that much money in their cash register right now...and I'd have to either come back later when they have more money in the register...or walk all the way over to a different WU location to see if they have enough money in their register. So I walked to a different store, and was able to get my money. There was also a time when the lady at the counter told me she got an alert that I, the money recipient, would need to call the 1-800 number right there to verify something. I can't even remember why. Maybe because of how high the amount was.

The WU I do needs full bank account details and arrives directly but thats a shitload of trust and the only plausible reason for WU is if the model has gone 'off site'. I do it with one girl but thats based on a *lot* of history and circumstances - anyone actually wanting to use an alternative payment method is almost certainly trying to scam somehow. Warning signs are that they have a fully constructed supporting story - Lebannon ffs, really? Ban, move on.
