so i created a id months ago and setup a two factor authentication and then i forget on which device i use for authentication so i emailed to to CB support to remove the authentication from my account but it the reply they said that my account has been terminated how a unused account can be terminated can you help to get my account. As I thought you already knew from the previous times that you have asked on the ACF forum, you have had two accounts banned. I'm sorry, however there is nothing that I can do to change that decision.
