    Hi shirley more than a issue its like a complaint i never had any trouble b4 i was talking with a friend as always but i realized she wasnt interacting with me it was her boss so i told her tell him that ill tip if you interact not him,and yeah i got banned hate that it wasnt her fault, so i lost a friend i know you´ll tell me we cant do anything about that but we pay to have good time with models not bosses

    From what it seems like is that the models studio had banned you from the models room, if this is the case Support cant remove this from their account. You would need to either wait for the block / kick to expire or try & contact the model for the block to be removed via the Clear Ban IP's.

    Thanks for providing your user name. Your last payment was made April 16 of 2017. You have not chosen to convert any tokens since then and you only have 651 tokens in your account at this time. Once you reach the 1k token minimum, you can convert your tokens for payment

    Thank you for supplying your user name. The tech department is looking into your room issues and you should have feedback from them in a few days. I see that you are trying lots of different tags & suggest you stick to what you are doing in your room. Users bounce when they don’t see what they expect. If emails are bouncing, please ask your fans to add Chaturbate.com to their "safe" list.

I havnet been on for the last 4 days since it was moms birthday and we were out of town. But today when i woke up i was getting messages from people saying my account was banned.     Hello! Im new in CB. First 2 weeks I broadcasted without problems,also got some money from that period. After I broadcasted some days and went to my vacation . I was off 1 week. 5 days ago I checked acc and got ban. I asked cb support what happen but got nothing.I know cb rules perfectly and I know that I did not violate anything. I hope You can help me.     Thank you for posting. I'm told that you are already in touch with Support and that they are investigation your account for a possible hack. You should have some more information coming to you from customer service early next week. I'm very sorry but your account must remain locked for your protection, while the investigation is taking place.

    hi there,me again :( so my license has been reviewed and accepted atleast 3 times now for age verification,and i recently even went through sending a photo with me holding a sign,and my license upside down,ect ect because i purchased a new phone and could no longer access two step verification,but thats beside the point- that same day,a couple hours after getting through that whole thing, i was given a site warning

    As Roydz said, I need confirmation of your user name on CB to help you. However in this case please email Support@Chaturbate.com IMMEDIATELY and ask them to lock your account. They get back to emails within 5-6 hours and it takes much more time for me to help you than that, unfortunately.

    I have overlooked a rule while signing up: #5 someone cant sleep or even pretend to sleep on cam. We did a little show where i tease as she sleep and then wake her up to play around, and am now in trouble from this rule
    In retrospect makes total sense y u have this rule, but did not realize at the time till got a headsup

    im trying to use my cc to pay for supporter but its saying unable to at this time.......called cc and they said was error earlier in day cause didnt have enough on card but added more and tried and they said they arent showing as cb even trying to put it through ......there is sufficeint funds and cc saying no record of them trying to take the money ......how can i fix this

The payroll check shipped on November 2 has not been presented to my bank but it also was not sent to the incorrect address because it did show up today. Please confirm that I can present this to the bank. Support has indicated otherwise but there are two different conversations going.

    This is why it helps to be patient and deal with Support directly. Now, you will likely have to consider the check void and you will be waiting additional time to get your payment. I'm sorry, however Support & Accounting are in charge now and there is nothing more I can do in this situation.

    Hi Punker. I own SweetBeesStudios. To help identify fake ID's I created training doc as composite of two models. By accident it got uploaded to age verify model. We discovered mistake, we reported to CB & they banned both models. We do all Support asks, the 2 models remain banned.
