    Why doesn't Streamate show Gold Show time is in MINUTES not seconds? :( Lost $150

    I just had to cancel my gold show because it was set to 180 minutes instead of 180 seconds. Why doesn't Streamate show what the TIME NUMBER means? It was my first show and everyone was pissed I restarted it :(

    Why Streamate is 30% instead of 35% cut?

    For some reason I'm only getting 30% instead of the regular 35%... which is already low. What is this based off of? Is it about the country you're from? :link: I can't find anything on Google about why this is...

    Thank you for your thoughtful answer. Yes mine is capped at $6.99. So I'm only making $2.1 per minute (for exclusives) which is only 42 tokens per minute. They're taking 70% from me instead of 65%. Maybe I'll get exclusive to $9.99. I thought of $14.99 (if they approve increasing my limits)...

    Hi, are we allowed to play music from our laptop while camming? Or maybe even DJ it a bit as entertainment? Is this ok as "fair use", no weird issues about copyrighting etc.?
