Hey, I sent out an Email to Chaturbate Support a few days ago and haven't heard back. I had lost access to the Email I used with the account (Username: PurelyHim) because of forgotten password. I ended up deleting all my social because I couldn't acces the email due to not setting up recovery email or phone number before clearing browser history. I had made them all the same day including the email, so I can start my journey of Camming and Only Fans.
I then created a new email so I can make a new Chaturbate account but the name PurelyHim was still considered taken. I would like to have that name still and use it across all platforms.
I've sent the email asking if my account could be recovered since I actually found my password to the email I originally used OR if the name could be released so I could use the name with my new account.
The only email I got back was an automatic one with no ticket number(Received june 14th):
"This is an automated response confirming we’ve received your message. However, we couldn’t automatically detect your username.
A customer service specialist will reach out soon, but to assist you faster, please reply with your username.
Thank you!"
If you could assist that would be awesome, really looking to get this started Asap. Thank you.
I would perfer Name being released if possible so that I can use the new email to keep certain things under one email. If I need to make an account so that you can just change that account name to PurelyHim I could do that as well.
If that is not possible giving access to the original account would be fine. Thank you.
