Hi @punker barbie I've reached out to CB multiple times in the past weeks but I have not received a single reply from them, I dont have a ticker# but my username is staceyluvvv can you help me with this? thanks!

The delay in response might be because you have sent multiple inquiries; as doing such always moves your "ticket" to the end of their queue.
