Hi, I've been blocked it seems from sending tokens to other users, tipping, etc. but also withdrawing my existing tokens. Does anyone know what could that be for and how to fix it? support is taking quite some time to reply.

Hi, not sure why but I cannot tip tokens to anyone I cannot even withdraw my own tokens, does anyone know why this could be?

Restrict yourself to one email where you describe the issue as thorough as possible, you should get an automated reply of receipt, so check spam folder, and then wait

I've read in other post or forums CB taking a bit longer than usual with replies, what would be the best way to reach out to them?

...I've reached out to CB multiple times in the past weeks but I have not received a single reply from them...

The delay in response might be because you have sent multiple inquiries; as doing such always moves your "ticket" to the end of their queue.
