A model I was following got ban

A model I was following got ban and I submitted a support request with (https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/p/form_requests) asking why they got ban. I dont remember the ticket number but my username is Fred224107.
Will support get my request if I hadn't verified my email yet? (did it a day after submitting the request.)
Do I need to delete recorded private shows from that model?

Why do you feel you deserve to know? There's 0% chance they will reply to you with anything more than "we won't discuss this with anyone but the account holder".
