PM Message Sent Video with Tokens

I hope you are well.

Just today I've got a valued customer who purchased my Video via PM Message.

He complaint that the video could only view ONCE! whereby he expect the video to be there as long as in the PM message.

However, the deal was done couple hours ago, whereby the refund button is not longer there for such action to be done.

Question & Concerns

1. Would like to clarify that user who purchased the video can only view once, whatever sold to its user?

2. Normally the refund button will stay how long before its disappear? grace period of refund

3. Due to i unable to make a refund to its user, the user said he will report me about it. Shall I worried?

Disclaimer - not that i dont want to refund, the button is no longer there to do so.

If a member purchases something via tokens doesn't it get saved to their collection and they can re-watch it as many times as they want?

I'm a member and anything that I've purchased for tokens in PM gets automatically saved to my collection.

Anything that the model has posted for free in PM as been viewable as long as I can scroll up to see it or until I clear my chat.
Some things posted for free can also be saved to collection for future viewing but I believe there are settings a model can place to disable that.

It is possible the user might be saying this in order to get more free content or to get refunded (in which case he then gets the video for free)

To clarify, you can refund a user up to 20 minutes past when they tipped for something. Also, when a user tips for a video or pics, then they have continued access to that video or pics.

I can double-check on my end to make sure the user can view the video correctly and confirm there wasn’t any technical glitch, just to be sure. I will PM you for some more details.
