Hi, thanks for helping me last time and I hope you can help me this time too. They closed my main account and then the other two accounts when I bought tokens with the same credit card as the main account. They told me in the past that I said something about "minors" but they didn't specify what exactly I said and that's wrong! Because if they specify the problematic phrase I can know and avoid repeating the mistake. I sent quite a few messages to the site's support 4 days ago and there is no response and no reference except for an automated message. I have a library of movies there that I purchased . I would be happy if you could help me and get the account back up and running. And I would be happy to hear from them once and for all and know which words are not allowed to be used.
