Help with Ban Review (No Response from Support)

Hello @punker barbie and anyone else that might be able to help!

I’m posting here in hopes of getting some guidance or assistance. I’m writing on behalf of my friend maxiy_001, whose account was banned recently.
An appeal was submitted to Chaturbate support on December 23, explaining the situation and requesting a review. Unfortunately, we have not received any response yet, and it has now been close to two weeks.
If anyone here could look into this or advise on the best next step, we would really appreciate it.
